What data is used and why

The website has no contact form, user account or purchase area. If you write by email or WhatsApp, the information you send will be used to respond, prepare a proposal or follow up your enquiry.

Processing begins at your request and may be necessary to prepare or fulfil a contract. Information is kept for the time needed to respond and meet legal or contractual obligations.

External services

Buttons for WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Substack and other websites open external services. From that point, each service processes data according to its own policy. O TAO DO CHÁ does not automatically receive profile data merely by providing those links.

Your rights

Where the law permits, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You may also object to processing, withdraw consent previously given and lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority.
