A path begun in 2001 that now takes shape through courses, talks, study journeys, experiences, interviews and editorial projects.
Tea is my starting point, not my destination. Through it, I talk about culture, territory, art, education, sustainability and hospitality.

Tea as a drink,
art and language.
Tea is my starting point, not my destination.
It is the language I chose to talk about culture, territory, art, education and sustainability. A leaf allows us to discuss agriculture and trade; a table allows us to observe hospitality, listening and group life.
I began in the United States, continued studying in Brazil and have worked from Portugal since 2018. I teach what I have been able to verify, identify personal interpretation and continue to reconsider what I thought I knew.
